High-school-aged youth (14-18) interested in joining a youth board are encouraged to complete an application.  Applications can be submitted in two ways. Either click on PRINT to print out an application which can be completed and sent by mail, or click on TEMPLATE to fill out an online application which can be e-mailed. Applications are accepted year-round and new members are welcomed onto our boards late spring thru early fall, depending on space availability.
